What It Is
GameChange UBI runs on smart phones — Android and iOS — entirely over Bluetooth. No cell signal nor internet necessary. It's designed to be like physical cash - you can only send or receive within a few meters of another device.
For most people on Earth the experience of money is doing your monkey dance for money and then watching it simply fly out of your hands. GameChange UBI is the antithesis of cryptocurrency. No mining. No speculation. No global ledger. A distributed ledger. This is sort of an experiment which asks the question "What would UBI look like?"
This is not an investment. Units of UBI cannot be bought or sold for dollars or any currency within the app. The "credits" themselves are minted by your UBI claim. Maximum UBI claims are capped at a million. It's a closed loop system.
Why It Matters
We are all born into this giant human-designed social game where we live and die pretty gruesomely for money, hate each other for superficial reasons which are consistently advertised to us either openly or subtly, and we keep polluting our world and minds with a "race to the top" that actually goes nowhere. So, another world is possible.
How It Works
The system operates as a secure, offline communication layer between devices, synchronizing transaction data via Bluetooth, based in mutual trust. GameChange UBI uses SHA-256 for device fingerprinting and Ed25519 for transaction signing, providing mutual authentication and session authentication. Each transaction includes a cryptographic handshake and a per-transaction nonce to prevent replay attacks. The transaction payload is signed with Ed25519 so the receiver can verify it was not forged or altered. It works in any city, rural villages, refugee camps, disaster zones, Antarctica, certainly any city, probably the Moon, the desert, the jungle... Connect with another device, send and receive "credits of UBI". A user gains greater access to their balance by transactional activity and attesting to others in their community. None of your data is ever retained by GameChange UBI, nor me personally. This idea here is that your little bag of gems or seashells or whatever is your own and not anyone else's business. That's it.
How do we begin?
Just download the app. Start using it with whoever has it, too. It's literally like playing "store" or "house" or something, which is basically what we're all doing anyway - playing "office". You can claim UBI every 28 days up to a million. If you own or want to run a "business", and you make a "business account" (also known as a multisig account) on the app then let people know that you accept GameChange UBI and play around with it, use it. Hey, if your business is suffering... maybe sublimate into using this app for exchanging your goods and services and see how well it works for you.
Oh, but you have to BUY the app?!
Yes. Because we live in a semi-lawless Financical Dictatorship; In order to get this in front of people I have to essentially use US dollars (since I'm American) to legally protect myself and the company from any unforeseen hostility that could emerge. Also, this idea of Universal Basic Income has been discussed and imagined for so long between people and finally, actually, here it is. And it doesn't require any foreign exchange shenanigans nor any threat of violence to back it, nor any permission - it's simply a protocol that generates a medium of exchange you can utilize for a one-time small price.

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
GameChange UBI Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the GameChange UBI mobile application, associated services, and the underlying Bluetooth mesh protocol (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol. It operates entirely peer-to-peer over Bluetooth mesh networks. There are no central servers, no cloud storage, and no data collection infrastructure.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information about you. The Service is designed to be fully self-custodial and privacy-preserving.
We do NOT collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information
- Your device ID, IP address, or any device identifiers
- Your location data (precise or approximate)
- Your contacts, messages, or communication history
- Your wallet balances or transaction history
- Your usage patterns, analytics, or crash logs
- Your private keys of any kind, cryptographic identifiers, or seed phrases
No analytics tools, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or tracking SDKs are integrated into the Service.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following information is stored locally on your device only and never leaves your device:
- Your cryptographic identifier (stored locally)
- Your scrip balance
- Your transaction history
- Your attested contacts list
- Your app preferences and settings
This data is stored on your device and is under your sole control. We do not have access to this data and cannot retrieve it for any purpose.
4. How the Service Works
The Service operates via peer-to-peer Bluetooth mesh communication. Messages and transaction data travel directly between devices without passing through any servers or central infrastructure.
- There are no servers to store or transmit user data
- There is no central ledger
- There is no cloud backup or synchronization
- All communication is direct, local, and ephemeral
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain any personal information, as none is collected.
All data stored on your device remains there until you choose to delete it. To delete all data associated with the Service, uninstall the application from your device. Please note that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of any scrip balance associated with that device.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. No data is sent to any third party at any time.
If the Service is downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective store's privacy policies govern the download process. Please refer to Apple's and Google's privacy policies for information on their data collection practices.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, as we do not collect any information from any users.
8. Security
The Service uses SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprinting and Ed25519 transaction signatures for peer-to-peer communication.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for the security of your device. We recommend using strong device passwords, biometric authentication, and keeping your operating system updated. We cannot access, restore, or recover your scrip balance in the event of device loss or failure.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not collect any personal information, traditional privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are managed entirely on your device. You have full control over your data at all times.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

User Agreement
1. Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the GameChange UBI mobile application, associated services, and the underlying Bluetooth mesh protocol (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by GameChange UBI Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restricted access under applicable laws.
3. Non-Custodial and Decentralized Nature
The Service is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol. You retain full control of your digital scrip balance and cryptographic identifier at all times. We do not have access to or custody over your scrip or private keys. Your use of the protocol is at your own discretion and risk.
What This Means: No third party, including GameChange UBI Limited, can access, freeze, or recover your scrip balance. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and your attested contacts, which are used for balance recovery.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial transactions.
- Interfere with or attempt to exploit the Service's software, security mechanisms, or the functionality of the underlying Bluetooth mesh network.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other users of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software code, design, and branding, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written permission.
6. No Financial Advice
The information provided by the Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The scrip used in GameChange UBI is a digital representation of value for peer-to-peer exchange within the system and is not an investment product. No part of this Service should be construed as a solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement of any financial product or strategy.
7. Status of GameChange UBI Units
GameChange UBI units are not legal tender, are not backed by any government or central authority, and are not subject to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), or Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) protections.
GameChange UBI units are not fungible, transferable, exchangeable, tradeable, or investable in any regulated market. No political or financial authority recognizes GameChange UBI units as a medium of exchange, store of value, or unit of account for any purpose.
Any use of GameChange UBI units in a transaction of any kind, including but not limited to the sale or purchase of goods or services, is entirely at the discretion and sole responsibility of the users involved. The Company is not a party to any peer-to-peer transaction and bears no liability for the acceptance, use, or non-acceptance of GameChange UBI units by any person or entity.
8. Risk Disclosure
By using the Service, you understand and acknowledge that:
- The scrip held and transferred via the Service is not backed by any government or central bank, and its value is determined solely by peer-to-peer acceptance among users.
- Technical failures, device loss, or vulnerabilities in the Bluetooth mesh protocol could result in the loss or inaccessibility of your scrip.
- Regulatory uncertainty exists, and changes in law may affect your use of the Service.
- You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the Service.
9. No Liability for Peer-to-Peer Transactions
The Company is not a party to any transactions you may enter into with other users via the Service. We do not have control over the actions of other users or the terms of any peer-to-peer exchange. You are solely responsible for any disputes arising between you and another user of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy and completeness of any information displayed on the Service. All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes damages resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, hacks, user error, or loss of access to your scrip.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed any fees paid by you to us, if applicable. For free users, this liability is zero.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:
(a) your use of or inability to use the Service;
(b) your violation of this Agreement;
(c) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
(d) any dispute between you and any other user of the Service;
(e) your content, communications, or interactions with other users; or
(f) any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement and your use of the Service.
13. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
16. Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
17. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, network failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
