What It Is
GameChange UBI runs on smart phones — Android and iOS — entirely over Bluetooth mesh networks. No cell signal nor internet necessary. No bank account required.
Call it a coin. A dinar. Call it scrip. I'd just call it " GC ". It's a universal medium of exchange. Anyone with the app on their phone can claim UBI and exchange with nearby devices. It's designed to be like physical cash - you can only transact within a few meters of another device.
This is liquidity outside of historic market systems. What does that even mean? Well, for most people on Earth the experience of money is doing your monkey dance for money and then watching it simply fly out of your hands. Attitudes are shifting. Past narratives are shredding.
This is real De-Fi. This is the antithesis of crypto. No mining. No speculation. No global ledger. Pure liquidity. A stable medium. This is not an investment. Units of UBI cannot be bought or sold for dollars within the app.

How It Works
The system operates as a secure, offline communication layer between devices, synchronizing transaction data via a Bluetooth mesh network. GameChange UBI uses SHA-256 for both mutual authentication and session encryption. Each transaction includes a cryptographic handshake, a per-transaction nonce to prevent replay attacks, and an encrypted payload. No transaction data is ever transmitted in plaintext.
